• Bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin, WC, shaver point and fan heater.

PARKING – off-road for one car, on concrete pad to the front of the cottage.

LINEN – Duvets, pillows and extra blankets are provided. Please bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

ELECTRICITY – by £1.00 metre in lounge window seat.

HOT WATER – All hot water is by immersion heater using Economy 7 electricity on a time clock in the airing cupboard.

HEATING - Storage heating is charged at £12.00 per week and should be included in the final payment if required.

FITTED CARPETS – throughout, except in the kitchen and bathroom.
